Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded or diced
- 2 tablespoons Thyme leaves stripped

Heat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients. Form into desired shape. Bake 20-30 minutes or until lightly golden.
