  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded or diced
  • 2 tablespoons Thyme leaves stripped


  1. Heat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients. Form into desired shape. Bake 20-30 minutes or until lightly golden.
